I’m Ashley Kelley, a 20-something blogger, and photographer on her journey of Wholehearted living. I’m always looking for the next unique vegan recipe to create, sharing my love of Hygge and travel.
I created this blog as a creative outlet and really fell in love with creating content online. I adopted the name Mon Chat, Cacahuete (which means “My Cat, Peanut” in french), and got started!
This blog has become my own little corner of the internet, and I get to share it with the world. The kind of things you’ll find on this blog are my own vegan and plant-based recipes, or popular recipes that vegans love in general, joyful adventures from our trips around the world, and lifestyle favorites. I’m a great fan of Hygge, so you’ll see a lot of coziness.
