Layout your outfit the night before.
Prepare your mindset by choosing what you’ll wear the next day the night before. There is a reason this is always popping up in self-care blogs. It truly works. By choosing what you are going to wear not only reduces the time spent on unproductive responsibilities, but it kick starts your day into gear.
Clean up. At least the kitchen.
This simple task will help your mind feel at ease when you start brewing your morning coffee or tea. What I like to do is wake up, go straight to the kitchen to prepare my morning routine by brewing coffee or tea, lighting a candle or two, grabbing a book, and enjoying the quiet mornings of ‘me time.’ If I didn’t have a clean kitchen before this, my mind would not be relaxed, and I’d feel fidgety all day.
Put away screens for a minimum of 30 minutes before going to bed.
Our brains are wired to be stimulated by blue light from our devices. If you have your phone on you before falling asleep, your brain is going to be too stimulated for a good night’s sleep. So put away the phones, tablets, and turn off the TV 30 minutes before falling asleep for a productive morning.

Great tips!!! I definitely thing about my morning the night before. Not always planning out what I’d wear, but I do once I learn the weather in the morning!
These are great suggestions. I also love to read before going to sleep.
Love all three of these, Ashley! I’ve found sitting out my clothes for the next day to be super helpful as well, and I also mentally need a clean kitchen. If I have dishes in the sink, or just things all over the countertops, I start getting anxiety. That’s the last thing I need first thing in the morning, even if I don’t always feel like cleaning it up as I go. I need to work on limiting screen time before bed. I really believe it would be so helpful!
Make Life Marvelous
I think that everything typed was actually very reasonable.
However, think about this, what if you were to write a killer
post title? I mean, I don’t want to tell you how to run your blog, but
what if you added something that grabbed people’s attention? I mean Monday Motivation: 3 Sunday Night Tips for an Easier Workweek is kinda boring.
You ought to look at Yahoo’s home page and watch how they create news titles to
grab viewers to open the links. You might try adding a video or a related picture or two
to get people excited about what you’ve written. Just
my opinion, it would bring your website a little livelier.
